Rich is an accomplished leadership expert and team performance coach with 13 years' experience as a Royal Marines Officer.
He led troops in some of the world's toughest environments - from the Arctic to the desert and jungle – and later took on strategic roles, including media and information operations and defence diplomacy in Washington DC.

Today, Rich designs innovative learning programmes that help teams grow stronger together and support individuals in developing their leadership potential.

Rich is adept at delivering high-impact training solutions for audiences ranging from schools and colleges to national corporate teams. His coaching is focused on shifting mindsets and cultures to enable individuals and organisations overcome their challenges and prepare for the future.

With an engaging and energetic style, Rich combines deep knowledge with real-world experience to create sessions that are insightful, powerful and practical.
He holds a B Ed (Hons) in Outdoor Education, a PG Cert in Leadership Studies, and an ILM in Leadership & Management.

Henry specialises in people and performance development, designing and delivering programmes for Kier Group, Galliford Try, Marlowe plc and the NHS. ​
With 17 years’ experience as a Royal Navy helicopter pilot, Henry brings leadership skills forged in demanding environments into the workplace. Since 2017, he has coached individuals, teams and organisations across a wide range of sectors.
Known for his compassionate and empowering style, Henry helps people build confidence, resilience and ease, guiding them to become the leaders they aspire to be. He holds a C&G PRA Graduateship in Leadership & Management.
In addition to his military career, Henry is also an accomplished film director and military advisor, bringing authenticity to blockbuster films and, most recently, a Netflix series. A career highlight: teaching Han Solo to “fly” the Millennium Falcon in Solo: A Star Wars Story.​
